What is Frost & Co. frosted glass film?
Window Film is a thin adhesive vinyl film which has been specially designed to give an appearance of frosted / etched glass.
Safety
Window films offer improved safety as it behaves similarly to safety glass in the event of the window being broken. Frost & Co. is ideal for glass doors when there are children in the house and safety may be an issue.
What kind of window is the film suitable for?
Any internal flat, smooth and clean glass surface.
Can I see through the window film?
You cannot see through the window film, only through any cut-outs in your design. The film allows through 90% of the natural light.
You cannot see through the film at night, even with the light on inside.
Is the film easy to install?
Yes, following our simple instructions. We computer-cut our window film to your exact measurements, so it should fit into place perfectly. (We would recommend avoiding extremely high or low temperatures and direct sunlight when installing your film.)

Is it easy to clean?
Yes, just use a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding any abrasive materials.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
Yes, you can use the film in a bathroom/shower room, but not where the film will come into direct contact with water, such as the inside of a shower door.
Your film will provide complete privacy, even at night.
Is window film easy to remove?
Yes, just warm up the film with a hair dryer and peel off. Remove any excess glue with Eucalyptus oil. Please note that once removed, it cannot be re-used.
How long will the film last?
The film we supply is durable and is guaranteed to last for at least 7 year, under normal conditions. It is water resistant and will not suffer from exposure to condensation. The film we use, is also used on the outside of airliners - so it’s the best quality available. Beware of cheap film, they shrink and are difficult to apply.
Can I make changes to the designs?
Yes, you can, or we can create a specific design to match your needs. Talk to the team at Frost & Co.

How long will delivery take?
All our orders are custom made to your specific requirements. You will receive your film within 14 days of your order being received. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel and come in a post tube.
